President Harriet thanked Sharon Daly for greeting and Amber Stevens and Tim Hughes for taking attendance.
Midge Stork announced that our raffle prize was a $50 gift card to Olive Garden donated by Tom Swan.

President Harriet recognized our members who volunteered some of their time last Saturday for United Ways Day of Caring. President Harriet shared a story about a volunteer who took a picture of President Harriet, Rich Stewart and Jeff Burgh and then realized that they were Rotarians. As it turns out the picture taker was a past Rotary Scholarship recipient and said that they could not have gone to college without the scholarship!
Announcements: President Harriet said that we could get either December 27th or December 28th for Rose Parade Float decorating times. There was a clip board going around and based on which day and time slot was most popular that would be the day we go.
The Disitrict Conference is October 6th - 8th. Members will get $50 back from the club if they register.
The reception for District Governor John Weiss will be Monday at the Ventura Yacht Club, 5:00 - 7:00 pm.
October 11th there will be a succulent party at the Pazen's to make raffle prizes for Nightmare on the Hill.
President Harriet has been meeting with the Presidents in our group and our offer for group rates on Nightmare on the Hill tickets have been well received.
