President Jeff let us know about a campaign called “Cans for Dan.” We are collecting canned protein food to take Pizzaman Dan, where the food will be gathered and donated to FoodShare. This is a joint fundraiser between Ventura Downtown Lions and Rotary.

Amy Towner spoke to us about the Ronald McDonald Family Room at VCMC.
- June 9th will be going to Board of Supervisors to award contract. RMFC wrote a check for $1.2 million to go forward with the project.
- Construction to start in about 6 – 8 weeks with completion late fall.
- There will be naming opportunities for the Family Room
