Laura Romano spoke about what's going on at the Girl Scouts, besides selling cookies! The mission of the Girl Scouts is Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

President Bruce asked for people celebrating June birthdays or anniversary's to stand and be recognized.
 
Tom Swan asked for volunteers to help Downtown with the Fireworks at Ventura College and let us know that we needed to be ready to set-up for the Push-em Pull-em parade at 9:00 on the Fourth of July.

President Bruce told us that long time Downtown Rotary member, Terry Schaefer passed away. Terry's funeral will be at 11:00 am on June 15th.

President Bruce asked everyone to please turn in their completed roster sheets and reminded us that the Step Down Dinner was 6:00 on June 12th at the Wedgewood Banquet Center. Dress code is shirt and tie for men and "Nice" for women.
