Jordan Eller was our greeter today.

 

Joe Strohman led us in the Flag Salute.

 

Mike Martin gave our Invocation.

 

Guests today ... Guest of Juan Mendoza was his mother Raquel Mendoza.

 

Guest of Husam Hishmeh was Tobias Hilldebrand, guest of Joe Strohman was his daughters Marie and Hannah and guest of Kris Hansen was his wife Coral.

 

Announcements:

Midge Stork announced that the raffle prize was $50 Mastercard gift card donated by Michelle Cekov.

 

President Husam told us that the board meeting will be Wednesday August 3 at 5:30. Location is President Husam's office.

 

August 6th Downtown will be doing their backpack project and on August 10th Downtown will be meeting at the Museum of Ventura.

 

Sam Marsh let us know that his wife, Barbara, is still in ICU at CMH. Please continue your thoughts and prayers.

 

Juan Mendoza let us know that he will be performing at the Clinicas Health Fair on August 7th. Juan will also be performing at the Sandbox Cafe from 12-3 on August 13th.

 

Jim Emch reported that the fair parade will be on August 6th. All 4 clubs will be there and Pete Gallagher has secured the Fire Truck. Be there by 9:00!

 

President Husam reminded us that the District Conference will be the weekend of October 14th and that Trombone Shorty will be doing a fundraiser for the Rotary Foundation that weekend also.

 

John Borneman led us in a song.

 

Harriet Clune has a very green thumb and is growing more vegetables then they can eat so she brought some produce if you would like it. First come first served!

 

Harriet also told us that there was a committee sign up sheet being passed around. Please get involved and sign up for a committee.

 

Harriet then gave our joke of the day.
