Meeting December 3, 2015

Andy Corliss led us in the Flag Salute.

 

Jeff Hata let us know that there would likely not be any parking in the Pavilion level next Thursday due to a paving project. We will be able to let people park on the Pavilion level if they are unable to navigate the stairs.

 

Rich Stewart went over the schedule for the Christmas Party and Vance Thompson asked for a few people to help with the set-up.

 

Husam Hishmeh reminded us about Rotaract's Can Tree Build for FoodShare on Saturday and the Children's Christmas Party at the City Center on Monday December 7th.

 

Judy Hoag passed out poinsettia delivery assignments.

 

President Bruce adjourned the meeting and asked everyone to drive safely while delivering poinsettias.
