President Bruce asked Jim Word how our water situation was. Jim reported that we are in deep trouble. The good news is it's projected to rain sometime next year!!!
 
President Bruce convened the club's annual meeting.
 
Daryl Cruzer, Tom Swan, Kathy McGee, Jeff Berg & Vance Thompson were all nominated to fill vacant board positions next year. Bill Spellman moved that nominations be closed with Joe Strohman seconding. John Masterson then called for the question. All 5 individuals were accepted unanimously by members in attendance.

President Bruce again asked the club for someone to step up and help with the Breeze ... President Bruce also said that the FaceBook page is amazing.
 
President Bruce spoke about Tim Pate's new paper, San Buenaventura Post, is the new paper in town. At this time the Post is digital only, but it's Tim's desire to begin a printed version with home delivery. President Bruce said that Tim ran an ad at no charge for the last 6 weeks to promote our poinsettia sales.
 
Speaking of Poinsettias, Judy Hoag reported that we delivered 2,265 plants last week or 374 cases! We are still waiting for the final numbers to come in before Judy can report our earnings. Great job Judy & Will!!! Judy also reported that after she made the last delivery her car blew up so Judy is on the hunt for a new car now.
 
President Bruce reported that Tim Blackwell's fundraising meeting went very well and that there were a lot of ideas generated and are under investigation.
 
President Bruce also commented on how active our Rotaract Club is having done the FoodShare Can Tree project and the Children's Christmas Party at the City Center in a matter of a few days. The Rotaractor's are truly inspiring.
